DID ANYTHING CHANGE?

THE OUTCOME OF THE TIANANMEN PROTESTS       Tiananmen Square was and it will always be an event that no one will ever forget. People till now still remember what happened and they think that everything happened because of the political powers of Beijing, who did not want to give to the citizens what they deserved, and they only concentrate on what they could get out from all the changes. THE DAY OF THE BLOODY CRACKDOWN   1. The Tank Man     The Tiananmen Square bloody protests took place on the 4th of June 1989 but the protests in general had started from the 15th of April.  The students and in genreral the people that the political and economic changes did them wrong decided to start protesting and calling for democracy, equality, and free speech. In addition to that people wanted the financial mismanagement, nepotism, and the lack of career placement opportunities to stop. People wanted what they deserved and what from the law  2. TIANANMEN SQUARE: POLITICAL BACKGROUND

HOW EVERYTHING STARTED 1. People protesting       The Tiananmen Square protests and massacre were and still are an overly sensitive issue for a lot of people from all around the world, because whatever happened on the 4th of June had an impact to the entire world. How everything started though? Three people were the main reasons that led to the protests: Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Hu Yao bang.       Everything started when Mao Zedong, who was known for founding the Chinese Communist Party, wanted to reform the economy of China. His plan is known as "The Great Leap" and it was supposed that it would help China surpass its Western competitors in the late 50s. The duration of his plan was 3 years and the effects from it were disastrous. Around 45 million people died as a result of famine and punishments if they failed to achieve the goals of Chinese society.
